This new lightweight Type III recording device elegantly combines compact size, ease of use and compatibility with Polysmith™ software. Polysomnographic recording and analysis software as well as Polysmith DMS (Data Management System) is among the most well known and comprehensive sleep diagnostic software available in the world today. This well proven software package has been designed to work both independently with Nomad as well as working within the sleep lab where Nomad is used. Polysmith has been both enhanced and simplified to work specifically with Nomad to ease scheduling of HST patients as well as processing them through their sleep evaluation.

Nihon Kohden America, Inc. announces the auction of its latest EEG-1200A Diagnostic and Monitoring technology in support of the AES Lennox and Lombroso Trust Fund/Susan Spencer Research Fund for Epilepsy Research and Training.
A $38,250 value, the EEG-1200A auction is in effect from September 1 through November 1, 2010. 100% of proceeds will be presented to the AES at the annual meeting in San Antonio.
Nihon Kohden’s long legacy in EEG diagnostics and monitoring continues with the EEG-1200A for the most flexible and comprehensive recording system available today.

ECG 1550A CardioFaxV
The feature rich Nihon Kohden CardioFaxV Interpretive ECG 1550A is a high-end hospital quality ECG cart. The large high-resolution touch screen makes for an easy user interface for data entry. The 1550A is available as a standard 12-lead electrocardiograph, but stress testing can be added as an option along with a Full Vision Trackmaster treadmill and SunTech auto blood pressure unit with SpO2. Another option is 15-lead electrocardiography which enables a close look at the left descending circumflex coronary artery is it wraps around the bottom and back of the heart.
